Zack Dailey (89)
Shane Harper (89)
Travis Dunstall (89)
Colin Scherger (89)
Chris Langkow (89)

Dailey, Harper & Dunstall played in the first two games. Scherger was the scratch. It will be interesting to see how Langkow fits into the mix. The Tips only have one game (Saturday) through Oct. 6th....so one game in the next 15 days. They have four games (26th, 7th, 11th and 14th), all at home, prior to the Oct 15th cutdown date. So we'll get to see these guys mixed and matched a few times I'm sure.

I think that Everett is going to like him,he is a good player and will only help the Silvertips. He was a key player for the Blades last season.

Tips acquire Langkow from Saskatoon

Herald staff

The Everett Silvertips clarified their overager situation on Tuesday by acquiring overage center Chris Langkow from the Saskatoon Blades and releasing 20-year-olds Travis Dunstall and Colin Scherger.

That puts the Silvertips at the league limit of three overagers: Langkow, Shane Harper and Zack Dailey. The Tips had until Oct. 15 to get down to the limit.

Langkow had 15 goals and 34 assists in 70 games for the Blades last season.
