On Wednesday night the Hitmen and Warriors had a good game in my opinion. Michael Stone was the best Hitmen all night long, and the Warriors stuck around and tied it in the final minute. Stone scored his 2nd of the night in the overtime period to win it for the Hitmen. I would love to see these two meet in the playoffs.

2. CAL Stone, (11) (Fisenko, Kozun), 16:20 (PP)
3. M.J Rowinski, (16) (Hamonic, Hood), 19:19
OT. CAL Stone, (12) (Kozun, Bonsor), 2:24

Tonight in Brandon, the Hitmen dropped a 5-2 decision to the Wheaties. The game was fairly even about midway through the 2nd and for whatever reason, once again, the Hitmen just lost interest in playing hockey. Coach Williamson talked about on the pregame show for the fan 960 tonight, it is his main concern right now because the boys just stop playing their game for 5 or 10 or 15 minutes at a time. Against good teams like the Wheaties they must play 60 minutes. The Hitmen lost Matt Mackenzie to an injury, hopefully not to serious.

2. BDN Urbom, (5) (Schenn, Robak), 0:57 (PP)
2. CAL Stone, (13) (Foucault, Schaber), 1:38
2. BDN Rajala, (9) (Melnychuk, Hayes), 6:29
2. CAL Schultz, (8) (Madaisky, Wilson), 15:24 (PP)
2. BDN Calvert, (16) (Schenn), 19:59
3. BDN Van de Velde, (3) (Ferland, Robak), 2:59
3. BDN Rajala, (10) (Fehr), 12:41

Hitmen are back at the Dome Sunday.

Calvert's late goal in the second, and Van de Velde's weak goal early into the third, which Jones would REALLY want back really killed Calgary.
