The Hitmen won for the 5th time in their last 6 games with a 2-1 win over Speedy Creek on Wednesday night. I missed the game last night but from everything I have come across, the Broncos must be really disappointed as they were able to hold off the Hitmen power play, the held the Hitmen big gunners to zero points but they still were not able to get goalie Morgan Clark a win, Clark was great for the Broncos but it was not enough. It sounds like the game wasn't as close as the score indicates, Clark was the lone bright spot for Swift Current. The Hitmen outshot SC 36-24.
