Well, not that the regular season means anything now, but Brandon won the season series 5-3, but the last three games played against one another were pretty close games. This is going to end up being one hell of an epic series!

Well with all the suspensions Saskatoon we have a good a chance as we'll ever have to win game 1 in saskatoon, maybe even #2.
Severe upgrade in the opposition for us though, let's hope Schenn continues his stellar play

Yah, that sucks for sure. It should be a good game regardless, your boys will just have to work a little harder knowing they are a little shorthanded. Plus, I always find that teams tend to play harder when their coach is out. I'm not sure why that is, but just something I've noticed.

Yes, and I'm switching over to Luber's audio for the 2nd. I don't mind listening to Les, but his color man is horrible. He can't stop complaining about the reffing, when if anything, I think the Wheaties got the short end of the stick on calls in the first.

What a game by the fourth line! It was great to see Kelly rewarding them with lots of ice time (even in the 3rd). Ferland should have had a 5 point game if he didn't blow the open net chance that Joe talked about earlier.

Hopefully the boys can have a better performance tomorrow, I'll take the W...but three PPG's and a SH goal for Saskatoon doesn't make me all too happy. DeSerres looked shaky in the second, but rebounded nicely in the third. Nice wrap around by Raedeke for the game winner, hopefully the boys can take another one in Stoon tomorrow and come home up 2-0.

Was a good game Stanford didn't have his best game thats for sure it will be nice to get Acolatse Dziurzynski and Siemens back for tomorrow you could see Elliott getting tuckerd out on that goal by Raedeke he logged alot of minuts so those 2 boys back tomorrow night will be huge Hamilton is the worse luck with injuries this season Fehrs hit on him he made no atempt to slow down hit him from behind up high so be interesting to see if the league comes down on Fehr

It was a borderline penalty let alone suspendable. It was a good hard hit and wasn't from behind, regardless of what the refs called it. It wouldn't have been a four minute penalty if Hamilton hadn't got injured.

Where did you here that Hamilton got a seperated shoulder cause on the post game show they were tight lipped about it and said nothing on the news either but my guess is he would be out for awile regardles
