Nice to have Hilty on for another few years, he appears to be very well respected in and outside of the organization.

I can see Dave being the head coach when Lorne eventually steps down unless of course other teams might be interested in him as their head coach. If he was the guy instructing the prospects at spring camp on the weekend, he needs a hair cut lol.
