When you realize that we played this game with 8 16 year olds and not many vets, if that was Red Deers best performance your coach was right. But then again your roster is pretty well complete so we will see what the regular season brings

Our roster is close to being set but a few are away at camps like every other WHL team. My guess is that the regular season will tell a different story and that last night even for our preseason roster was an anomaly.

Actually that is a big change of attitude for this writer. He has been particularly critical of the team over the past couple of years so he must be seeing something he likes.

And yes, that newspaper guy is a wild homer. Someone should inform him that this is preseason, and is hardly a reflection of whats to come. If he really thinks lethbridge is better than red deer, then , well, i look forward to the first matchup haha.
