As a Blades fan I liked him as a player but I did not see him getting a spot on the Blades with the other players they had.

What do you think of the trade?

I think he gives us what we need, some serious toughness to protect our smaller skilled forwards with enough skill to play on those lines.

I was actually expecting a goalie fit for our last OA spot, but this is a type of player we could use. I seem to recall him being tough to play against when he was playing for the Bruins.
