Here are my comments just based on listening to Brad and Ken on the radio.
I wish the Hitmen would put forth these types of efforts all the time, but as expected, it is going to be an up and down year for the Hitmen. It sounded like the Winterhawks came out and wanted to use their size and run the Hitmen out of the rink but the Hitmen are a big team as well and didn't back down to Portland.
The line of Sylvester-Beach-Foucault had a monster night, combined for 8 points, including a 4 point night from Foucault and a couple of goals from Cody Sylvester.
It sounded like Michael Snider had a nice game, Snider made 31 saves in the win.
Hopefully the boys can keep it going tomorrow night in Everett.
