What a disappointing loss for the Hitmen last night. They played so well for the first 40 minutes and then it all fell apart in the third period. It didn't take long for the Blazers to turn the game around, Brendan Ranford scored just 1:30 in and it just gave the Blazers life and it just snowballed from there on the Hitmen.
The big disappointment is that the power play went 0-5 in the game. Despite the 4-7 record I still think the Hitmen are a middle of the pack team in the East, they just really need to come together, get the vets clicking every night and just play some consistent hockey.
