Mark Stone

I'm just an outsider, so maybe my perception is off, but by looking at how well Mark Stone has done, does anyone else think he should be added to the WHL roster against the Russian's?

Mark Stone is not a great skater but is very effective because of his anticipation and his long reach. His offensive skills are superior. Very good passer of the puck, with a great shot. He uses his size very well. In last night's game he went around Jared Cowan like a hoop over a barrel.:groovy:

If I were the Ottawa Senators I'd be worried about the mobility of Jared Cowan. He was their first round draft choice a couple of years ago.:burningmad:

If Mark Stone played against the Russians, he would get eaten alive! Im sure Ottawa scouts loved seeing Stone go around Cowen last night but at the same time disapointed with their 1st rounder! Stone's a good player for sure, but not World Junior or Team WHL material by no stretch...with all do respect to Stone.
