Time change

Why is it we change time in saskatchewan? I live close enough to Alberta that the school division is Alberta based, i have to leave work early which is great to get to the games. but its hard for my wife to make the games as she works to 5:30-600pm. i for one would rather have an extra hour of light in the evening than in the morning. i think the kids would play more at night too. Its also nice to get home by 10:30 i guess. for me its not so bad but would like to have my wife with me more offten. Last year i had on average 2 seats per week game empty:(

ok so what ive come up with so far is that the Lloydminster area has aligned with Alberta for economic reasons, so its my area thats screwed up im sorry for not being more informed. I really hate time changes myself i dont agree with having the extra daylight in the morning when a person is barely awake. any other reason wouldnt matter to me as it is only time. last i checked the sun goes up and down, and one should fit the work day in between.
