I can't remember the last time there was a game where both teams failed to hit the 20 shot mark but that was the case on Friday night in Calgary. The Hitmen outshot the Pats 16-13 in the battle of the basement.

It was nice to see that the Hitmen finally showed up and played a fairly solid 3rd period because for most of the season it has been the other way around and the Hitmen have crumbled in the final 20 minutes of games. The Hitmen were also able to come back from a 3-0 deficit on Friday night.

You can find the game highlights right here. (http://www.whl.ca/video/index/id/b365966912e1c3fd30105050d63a870c)

The annual Hitmen Teddy Toss Game goes later this afternoon at the Saddledome vs the Rebels.

2. REG Mitchell, (9) (Bell, Scheidl), 1:24 (SH)

from watching the game on webcast (as it was a cold nite in regina) it was the same old story with how the Pats are coached in the 3rd period... it was nothing that Calgary did differently but it was the change of pace that the Pats went at. There normal drop back & defend (Hunts gay ass way) & just keep stopping the waves that keep coming at you for the whole 3rd period. T

The Pats didnt get there 1st shot on net in the 3rd period til like 4 mins left in the period. That has nothing to do with how the Hitmen were playing its all how Hunt makes his team back on thinking that they dont want to try & play offense anymore.
