I know this is early but after watching Dumba's performance this year and how he has played for Team Pacific in the U-17 I am going to go out and make the prediction that he is playing along side Ryan Nugent Hopkins next year at the world juniors!

He may get invited to camp, but I highly doubt he makes the team.

Someone like Duncan Siemens will be there ahead of him, as well as Ryan Murray in Everett.

It really doesn't have to do with whether Elliot is better at 18 than Dumba at 17, it is how much depth they have at defense next season as opposed to this season.

Odds are against him for sure. Very few second year players make this team, but if I am right will I ever have some fun lol!
