Read the rules



Must have 12 Forwards, 8 Defensemen, and 2 goaltenders
There will be 6 GM's
There will be 22 rounds. Snake Draft order, I will determine the draft order by using Random.org
Trades will be aloud as long as they are 1 for 1, 2 for 2, etc...
Before you post the trade, PM me first about it.
All players eligable must have played in at least one game this season in the Western Hockey League

I'll play. Just curious though as to when the draft will take place and I'm going to assume that goals are the main criteria for winning matchups etc?

Do we have to draft a certain number in an age group?

Are 3 20 year olds the max?

Everyone will vote at the end for who has the best team.

There is no limit on how many 20 year olds you can have.

Ok, so it is not an on-going league just a draft for fun and then we vote?

What is the criteria? Goals and assists or just who can built the best all-around team?

i think this is a cool idea but i think to add more fun to it we/I could do it using NHL11 all games could be done as a sim instead of a vote....

could do lineups, trades ect could do a whole division so every teams plays everyone 8 times & the records r kept only against each other during the course of the season (in season mode) or if there was enough interestcould go as far as a whole conference (dont want to make it too big as it would be alot tougher to run then & very time consuming for me but i have tons of time anyways since im laid off for the winter)

instead of doing a draft (if there was enough interest for every team) could just use ur regular team roster.... or we could go the draft way as well if its a smaller group of teams...

just throwing another idea out there could be fun

We need a clarification on the draft order-in the rules it says that the draft will take place in snake order-to me that means that after the first round,it then goes reverse order -Please clarify this as the 6 man draft is all ready messed up lol

it would be neat to see all 6 teams go into a sim league as proposed by PATSDUDE ,with the winner becoming the champion WHL Fantasy Draft winner 2011
