What format do the Rockets use for their Season Ticket Holders in regards to redeeming unused tickets? THxs

Near the bottom of the Rockets website is a 'Rockets Fan Ticket Exchange' panel. On selecting it, the Ticketmarketplace enables fans: "to buy and sell unused tickets to Kelowna Rockets Games. Now fans without tickets have access to sold-out seats, and season ticket holders that can't make the game can sell tickets."
