Picture is worth 1000 words!

If you get a chance go over to the site and have a look at Charles Wells in his new PA Raiders jersey. This photo says two things to me. 1) Charles was saying to himself "What did I do wrong that I have to play here?" 2) Can the person taking the picture do no better than that or at least take the picture over once you realize it looks like the player is actually saying 1). He looks so sad and dejected. To me that is a window into the Raiders. For goodness sakes, keep taking photos until you get one that makes the player look like he wants to be here, is proud to wear the jersey and you are thrilled to have him. That photo is brutal.

Conversely, if you go to Ryan Button's picture with Seattle ... he's grinning like he won the lottery.

It could be the jersey too. Those things are atrocious. Also to note, only 6 players actually smiled.

Thanks Chalk, I am not that great at computers to figure out how to put photos up here. It isn't the smile or lack of. It is just the whole thing, head tilted to the side, shoulders dropped, a look of pure resignation. I feel bad for the kid, I really do. I agree, those jerseys need an updating.
