CHL rankings - surprised

I'm not keeping real close tabs on Portland but I thought with Johansen, Neiderreiter, Rattie, Cunningham etc, they might be the best team in WHL right now, maybe Saskatoon but they were not even ranked in top 10. Kootenay and Red Deer were in there and good for them but no Portland seemed a little ridiculous to me. Its been months since I looked at the rankings so it just got me off guard but if you go to CHL site ,you can see the rankings. Anybody have thoughts ?

With a ton of their top players at tournaments, and a few others injured, they lost a bunch of consecutive games. They are still going to be a scary team to face in the playoffs, but I am sure that losing streak they had there took them down a few notches in the CHL rankings.
