Oil Kings 3, Blades 1
The Saskatoon Blades' six-game road trip has not started according to plan.
Playing their third game in three nights, they fell 3-1 to the Edmonton Oil Kings on Sunday night. The Blades have picked up only one of a possible six points during the first three games of their season's longest road trip.
T.J. Foster's 26th goal of the season for the Oil Kings was the only scoring in the first period while Michael St. Croix's 41st was the only score in the second as the Blades fell behind 2-0 after two.
