On paper the new Client Services Co-ordinater lookes good , however , I would think the normal procedure would be to higher the Business Manager first and then let him bring his own staff on board. Perhasps, the Board thought they needed to get someone out now to help right the financial ship because they already have an accountant as the President who should be able to provide the know how to manage cash flow until the new season starts The good thing is that at least Mark has a hockey background with Spokane and does know something about the city because his BA was at the U of L before he pursued his Masters.
