Wow! Loose the coach/GM for the season, $200,000.00 fine, 2013 bantam draft picks 1 through 5, your first picks 2014,15,16,17. steep penalty. On Rod Pederson radio show he said it was for paying for the players off season training, providing cell phones for the captains and things like that. The WHL news release stated that Portland was not paying players so amatuer status is not in question. Might be the recruiting violation like Windsor faced this fall. With that penalty it will be hard to build a team for the season 2, 3 or 4 years from now.
