Medicine Hat Tigers announce they have acquired 18-year-old Anthony Ast from the Vancouver Giants in their second trade of the day.

The Tigers have sent a third round bantam draft pick in 2016 to the Giants for the Richmond, BC native. Ast is in his fourth WHL season. He was the Giant’s first pick in the 2010 WHL bantam draft going nineteenth overall.
