Team to also unveil a new 3rd jersey and logo design in 2005/ 2006
After 5 seasons as the official identity of the Saskatoon Blades Hockey Club the venerable bulldozer logo has officially been retired by the hockey club heading into the 2005/2006 season the team announced this morning.
The Dozer logo first made its debut during the 2000/2001 season following an extensive search for a new identity for the team. The new home uniforms will be unveiled on September 23rd, as the Blades play host to the Swift Current Broncos to open the 2005/2006 season at 7pm.

In addition the hockey club announced that the team will unveil a new secondary brand and third uniform design to replace the newly promoted current design. The new 3rd jersey and logo is tentatively scheduled to be unveiled on October 28th, 2005 as the Regina Pats pay a visit to the Credit Union Centre at 7pm
