please give an update, thanks.
I was at the scrimmages on Thursday...
Here were my thoughts..
1. Mike Clement - All I can say about this 10th round 2005 pick is that he's a STEAL if he doesnt go the college route. Was really impressed with him. Best d-man out there from what I saw on Day 1.
2. Teegan Zahn - Blades 1st round pick this year, looks to be pretty solid as well, should be a good d-man for the Blades in the future.
3. Kevin Philp - 6'6 center looked pretty good, skates well, plays very aggresive, was pretty much all over the ice.
4. Travis Toomey - 2nd round pick this year, he to played aggresive and did well.
5. Gaelen Patterson - Local kid, also was impressive.
Overall I'd say Clement was the best player, gotta consider where he was picked in the draft but then again maybe he's considering the college route as well, hopefully he commits to the Blades.
