He was in the top 5 (NHL) in scoring for an unbelievable 20 consecutive years. Mr. Hockey® captured the Art Ross and the Hart trophy 6 times respectively as well as winning the Stanley Cup 4 times with the Detroit Redwings. His extraordinary talent, fame and allure helped the NHL to double in size and spawn a whole new league, the World Hockey Association. When he retired from the sport, he held more records than any athlete in history. He is considered by many to be the greatest athlete in history, a humanitarian and the greatest all-around hockey player of all-time.

They explain why they consider Gordie the greatest hockey player of all time and one of the most remarkable athletes in history. Both Mr. & Mrs. Hockey’s® willingness to share their time with others is legendary.
