Found this on the website today.

Basically its a way for people to donate their unused tickets to underpriveleged children and their Families.

from the website,

How to Donate Your Event Tickets
Can't use your ticket? Donate them to Kids Up Front and we'll recycle them to kids efficiently, fairly and at no cost. It's so simple and so incredibly beneficial to the healing process of a family in crisis, or a child in need.

1. Contact us at Kidsupfront@shawbiz.ca or by phone, (604) 266-5437 (KIDS) Monday through Friday. With our processes, we can turn a ticket around to a child and family in need within 24 hours. Please note the cut off time for the receipt of tickets is 1:00 pm on Thursdays.

2. We attach a "ticket attachment" to every ticket outlining who donated the entertainment and where to send their thank-you letters and pictures.

3. A charitable tax receipt can be provided to donors upon request.

Please note:

A Kids Up Front representative may attend certain events on a random basis for quality control and program evaluation purposes. Ticket scalping is not tolerated! Strong processes are in place to safe-guard each donation.
We can receive and distribute anywhere from 2 - 2002 tickets to any child-friendly event.
There is NEVER a fee for our services (to the charitable organization or the donor).

Th main site for Kids up front is here. http://www.kidsupfront.com/index.htm

I noticed that they have links for Calgary and other cities, they may also take tickets from other WHL cities as well.

So if you are going to miss a game, this may be a nice way for your unused ticket to get used, by someone who would really appreciate it.
