Silvertips Face Off with Americans on Saturday Night

Everett, WA - The Everett Silvertips will battle the Tri-City Americans for the first of ten meetings at Toyota Center in Kennewick on Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. The game can be heard on North Sound 1380 ESPN Radio starting with the pre-game show at 6:30 p.m.
SILVERTIPS LAST GAME
Spokane Chiefs netminder Jim Watt made 31 saves to help the Chiefs shutout the Everett Silvertips 1-0 at the Everett Events Center on Wednesday, October 5. The lone goal was scored by Chiefs defenseman David Schulz. Silvertips goaltender Leland Irving was very solid in a losing cause with 23 saves. The Silvertips, out shot the Chiefs by a margin of 31-24 in the hockey game. Everett went 0 for 7 on the power play and Spokane went 1 for 4 on the extra man advantage.

The Silvertips are led in scoring by Zach Hamill (1 goal, 5 assists) with 6 points. John Lammers (3 goals, 1 assist) and Jason Fransoo (1 goal, 3 assists) are tied for 2nd on the hockey club in scoring with 4 points.
