4-1 Tips. Mueller with 3 assists gets 3rd Star, Wheat with 2 goals and an assist gets #2 and Leland Irving with 26 saves and 1 GA late in the game gets #1. I thought the Tips had many more chances than their 27 shots indicated. A lot of shots that were either deflected or just plain went wide of the net.

Overall good game. Mueller looked dead on accurate with those passes. This weekend is the first BIG test of the season. Three games, three nights, all U.S. division opponents. Two games on the Road sandwiched around Saturday's tilt at the EEC.

From Saskatoon, Rabbit tastes like chicken which tastes like thunderbird. I was expecting more rough stuff, Brandon Tidybowl or whatever got in a scrap with Calla who only had 38 penalty minutes all last season. Calla only fought out of necessity and held up ok. We just outskilled them and they had no time for much bs, great game. Hopefully Saskatoon will exact their revenge on Spokane.

Oh yeah, that Rhomas goal was a thing of beauty, great passing.
