Following the October 30, 2005 game against the Brandon Wheat Kings at the Everett Events Center, the Silvertips will be holding their first Trick or Treat with the Silvertips. Fans 14 and Under are invited to trick or treat with the Silvertips on the main concourse after the game. Silvertips players will be handing out Halloween candy to the youngsters to celebrate the Halloween season. PLEASE NO AUTOGRAPHS.
Fans are also encouraged to wear your creative Halloween outfit to the game and the best costumes will be invited down on the ice during the 1st period intermission. The winner of the contest will receive a Silvertips prize pack.
Pinnacle Financial Corporation, formerly Irwin Mortgage, has partnered with the Everett Silvertips in continuing to raise the awareness of hunger and eager to make a difference in our community. Look for representatives at the Silvertips game on Saturday October 29th handing out flyers and collecting cash donations.
On Sunday October 30th, representatives will be collecting non-perishable food items and cash donations. All items collected will be donated to Volunteers of America of Snohomish County.
The first 400 food donations brought to the game on Sunday October 30th will receive a coupon to redeem a Special Commemorative T-Shirt (One T-Shirt per Family).
Additional T-Shirts are available with a $5.00 donation with all proceeds going to Volunteers of America of Snohomish County.
