The Pittsburgh Penguins recalled centre Erik Christensen from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Monday.

Christensen is third in the American Hockey League with 19 points this season. He has recorded nine goals and 10 assists in nine games.

He was selected by the Penguins in the third round, 69th overall, of the 2002 Entry Draft.

Maybe they will send Stone back to junior...........or maybe not :laugh: We can all dream though

Another former wheatking Rob McVicar has been called up to the Vancouver Canucks.Although it is only brief till Cloutier recovers from the concussion,we wish you luck Rob.

Well, Erik tonight,has scored his 1st NHL goal against the Islanders.Congrats Erik.
