Everett, WA - The Everett Silvertips have signed forward Jonathan Milhouse to a WHL agreement earlier today. The Yorba Linda, California native could be in the line up as soon as Friday night against the Kamloops Blazers.
Milhouse was a teammate of current Silvertips forward Shane Harper with the California Wave last year and attended Silvertips training camp last season at the Everett Events Center. Before coming to Everett, Milhouse suited up for the Los Angeles Jr. Kings.
"Jonathan was a player we liked in our training camp last year and had hoped he could join the team three weeks ago when we had a rash of injuries," mentions Silvertips Director of Hockey Operations/Head Coach, Kevin Constantine. "Rather bring Jonathan to the club 3 weeks ago because of a school break we decided it was the best time to join the team. He is a player much in the style of Zack Dailey and Shane Harper that we hope can gain valuable experience as a 16 year old this year and can be a player that can contribute to the hockey club the next four years."
