Kennewick, WA – NBC wants your opinion on the 2006 Winter Olympic viewing schedule. With the Torino, Italy games less than two months away, NBC is polling its viewing audience on which sport people are most interested in.

Fans of all 15 events are encouraged to log on to www.wnbc.com/olympics2006 and cast their vote for the sport they are most excited to watch this coming year.

The Tri-City Americans and the Western Hockey League would like to encourage all fans to log on and cast their vote for the greatest sport on ice, hockey. This is the grandest stage where all of our young players look to showcase their skills and ability for the world to see. Make sure that ice hockey is the fan-voted favorite in Torino and tell NBC that you want to watch Team Canada, the defending 2002 Olympic gold-medalist and Team USA, the defending 2002 Olympic silver-medalist.

For more information on the poll and the 2006 Olympic Games, log on to www.wnbc.com/olympics2006

Last I saw, hockey was ahead, with 29%. Curling was next @ 22%.
