Burt seems to be like a small little pest. Howarth looked allright his last game, I mean the kid can skate and hit decent and he did score last year for Spokane.

The fact that he did not score in p.a. made him expendable

With this move it should open up a spot for someone to come up? Will it be Cody Gross again or Andy Smith? Or are they going to give this Burt kid a shot? What about Lavoie or Bjorge?

The Selkirk Steelers have added 19-year-old superstar Kyle Howarth from the WHL's Prince Albert Raiders. Howarth was traded today by the Raiders to the Everett Silvertips, but has opted to return to the team he led in scoring as a 17 year-old instead. "He's the reason I held on to our last card. We couldn't have traded for a player this good. I think he'll go to our top line right away and perhaps suit up with (Travis) Kornelson and (Adam) Sergerie," said Steeler General Manager Ken Petrash.

what is the deal with players not showing up after they are traded. There are guys who would give anything to play in the league, and because they get traded they would not report what a shame
