Some of our KEY veterans' play has been unacceptable and if Nachbaur doesn't get a foot in their butts soon we will be on the outside looking in for the playoffs. In looking at the numbers, maybe its time to strip some letters until guys start playing like leaders.

Meeting My "Stepping Up" Expectations
Ian McDonald, 19 - 5 goals in December, 5 goals in Janaury
Matt Schenider, 19 - 3 goals in December, 4 goals in January
Clayton Stoner "A", 19 - 19 points since the end of November
Andy Thompson, 20 - 8 of his 17 points came in January
Logan Stephenson, 18 - 4 goals and 6 of his 10 points in January
Aaron Boogaard, 18 - 5 of his 12 points came in January

Not Meeting My "Stepping Up" Expectations
Dylan Stanley "A", 20 - 3 goals in December, just 2 in 13 January games
Marcus Jonasen "C", 20 - 1 goal in 13 January games
Shawn Belle "A", 19 - Only 5 points in January.
Jason Beeman, 19 - 2 goals since November 13th
Marc Conners, 19 - 2 goals since the end of October
Luke Hewitt, 19 - 0 points in January
Juraj Gracik, 18 - Injuries in January and WJC absence in December, but he has 4 goals on the season.

Which category would you put Shaun Vey?
I agree with your take on Clayton Stoner. I think he is one of the most under rated defensemen in the Dub. That kid comes to play every night!

Seems to be less focused since World Juniors. Must be tough to win the biggest Junior trophy & then reload for the Dub
