I went with 2-3 points, hopefully.

I'm calling a split, one PG outright win, and a Kelowna shootout win. Hopefully the lack of healthy d-men doesn't kill us this weekend.

Split seems to be the right call, but the way PG has had the goaltending of late..... Split still seems right though.

Big weekend for both teams, hope they are good games for y'all.

I went with the same thing. I'd love to see the sweep but I'll be happy with the split.

Dam I should of went with the sweep baby, I thought about it but didn't want to come across as being cocky. I had a feeling it would be a sweep, but the Rockets have come up with some stinkers this year so who knows?

Out shooting the Cougs 38-18 in the second game of a road trip in a building that is tough to win in is a dam good effort!

The Rockets did as good a job of taking the Cougars out of the game as the reffing did this weekend. I thought Zalasky was bad, but MacIssac was absolutley brutal. It never ceases to amaze me how one sided the officiating can get, one way or another. Not to take away from the Rockets game, they did their job and played their game plan. The officials were just terrible both nights.

Of all people to pit the blame on the refs sput.....tsk tsk

Did I place ALL the blame on the refs? Don't believe I did. If I'm not mistaken I also gave cudos to the Rockets for their game plan. Now with you not being in the building, how do you see fit to question what happens on the ice? Leyts see....Walker on a breakaway, Hunter 4 or more feet BEHIND the Rockets dman, said dman falls over his own feet and Hunter gets an interference call. Lets see....Kelowna plays 15-20 seconds in the third period with 6 skaters and the goalie in, the ref and two linesmen can not/will not see it where the entier building does and yells to count them. These are just two of the most memorable of Saturdays game.

Again....I do not believe I EVER put all the blame for the losses on the reffing in htese games. The Rockets held their game plan, the Cougars are very short staffed, especially on the blueline, and no....the officials didn't call a good game.

So you watched it. Can you honestly say it was a fairly called game? Or is it just the normally biased type officiating that so many Kelowna fans have come to expect?

The Officiating was what i have come to accept with the WHL....Mediocre at best for both sides

I didn't see this game and only listened to parts on the radio. Games that I see live it seems that some games the Rockets get a couple calls and some games they lose a couple. Overall I think it evens out.

Teaps I don't think Sput was whining about the refs, I think he was just making a point that Kelowna got a couple extra calls! Calls can look different from another angle!
