In the first period there was very few scoring chances and in the second Devin Setoguchi laid a pretty good hit on #10 Jannick Steinmann, then fights started between the players on the ice, he was hurt and layed on the ice for a short period of time, he did make it off of the ice under his own power. When kamloops scored the first goal in the second,I was somewhat concerned(not only because they had the lead but,the way the Blades, did not get many chances. Late in the 3rd period,Kamloops poured on the presure, but could not score. Joe Barnes had a partial breakaway, and did not capitalize Kamloops did have a physical edge, but the Blades were hitting too(that is what they need to do more of and be physical) Overall the game was a good one,it was unfortunate for the Blazers that they came up short.(I bet that Kassian wishes that Tidball still played for the Blades,he is one huge dude, but had almost nobody to pick a fight with. Good luck to the Blazers tonight against Prince Albert.

In todays paper they are saying that it was a late hit and Setoguchi should have been kicked out of the game, Steinmann has a concussion and will be out of the lineup, was it late? or he did'nt see the guy coming?
