Big battle for first place. Tough game for the Hitmen as its their 3rd game in 3 nights. Any word if Pogge is actually getting the start tonight? He has played the first 2 games of the 3 games in 3 nights.

GO HITMEN!

Should be a good game. After coming from a loss last night against Saskatoon. The Hitmen should come out angry and hungry tonight.

GO HITMEN!

season series

Calgary 2-2-0-0 = 4pts
Medicine hat 2-0-0-2 =6pts

That was the first game between the two..where I thought one team was better than the other. The other games were really dam close...

But that was the hitmen's 3rd game in three nights...and in our barn...

Our lack of offense is really starting to show, and at the worst time too.

Just for the record the tigs tied Calgary earlier this year in the 'dome when they (the tigers) were playing their third game in three nights.

And for those of you good folks who read the sun I have a couple of corrections. Firstly it's Darren Helm not Troy Helm and secondly I didn't have a great view of it but I wouldn't call the play where the hitmen scored after the whistle a 'delayed offsides call'. It really seemed to me that the linesmen blew the whistle the second after they crossed the blueline. I think the whistle was blown at least 3 seconds after the puck was shot.
