Last week the Broncos were a busy team with 3 games in 4 nights. On Wednesday night the Broncos traveled to Prince Albert for a tilt with the Raiders before heading home for a 2 game in 2-night battle with the Kootenay Ice on Friday night and the Prince George Cougars on Saturday.

On Wednesday night the Broncos traveled North to Prince Albert and, after getting off to a slow start, the game broke open late in the 1st period with 3 quick goals. Dane Byers kicked things off for the Raiders at the 18:40 mark of the game and was immediately followed with a response from Broncos rookie Levi Nelson just 31 seconds later. Byers would then score his 2nd of the game 10 seconds after Nelson's goal, making the score 2-1 for Prince Albert after the 1st period of play. Byers would record his hat trick goal midway through the 2nd period (PP) to give the Raiders a 3-1 leading heading into the final period. Ryan DePape and A.J. Thelen (PP) would add 2 more for Prince Albert in the 3rd period to make the final score from Wednesday night 5-1 in favor of the Raiders. Prince Albert outshot Swift Current 35-20 in the contest. The Broncos hosted the Kootenay Ice for the final time this season on Friday night. The Ice jumped out to an early lead thanks to a goal from Curtis Billsten at the 9:30 mark of the 1st period on a rebound. The Broncos would not be able to fight back in the game, and late in the 3rd period with the net empty for the extra attacker, Casey Lee would receive a breakaway and score with just 5 seconds remaining in the game to make the final score from Friday night 2-0 in favor of the Ice. Kootenay outshot Swift Current 32-20 in the game that was filled with penalties. The Ice were 0 for 9 on the power play while the Broncos finished 0 for 11.

The Broncos closed out the week on Saturday Night when the Prince George Cougars were in town. Neither team would manage to score a goal in the contest with the Cougars outshooting the Broncos 32-27 after 65 minutes of play. Goaltenders Kyle Moir and Scott Bowles each recorded shutouts in the game, which eventually moved to the shootout. After Eric Hunter scored on the 3rd try for the Cougars, Broncos rookie Levi Nelson scored in a do or die situation and sent the shootout into sudden death. Cody McMullin would miss for Prince George, allowing Daniel Rakos to skate in on Bowles and slide the backhand past him, securing the 1-0 shootout victory for Swift Current. The Broncos power play was 0 for 3 on the night while the Cougars were 0 for 4.
