Warriors played some very bad hockey and almost got beat by a team filled with the injury bug. The Warriors have a big weekend with 2 more games to come against their arch rival the Regina Pats. The Hurricanes were down early but managed to fight back and tie the game in the first period. Really team that works hard and battles for its chances. They had 2 very luck goals go in off of our player or their player once Joey Perricone made the saves. Warriors worked hard for their chances but couldn't find the net missing on many scoring chances. In the 3rd period those chances were capitalized on. McArdle scored on a beautiful shot. He is getting held more than any other player I have ever seen play in a Warrior uniform. If he could just learn to keep his cool he would get more calls go his way from his hard work. At the end of the game 15 Colten Yellowhorn racing for a lose puck during a waved off icing play fell awkwardly into the end boards. Not sure of the extent of his injury but he liimped off and colapsed around the corner once he was off the ice. Didn't look very good and hopefully he is okay.
Warriors vs the Pats should be a great weekend with a home and home finally.
