Calgary - The Greyhound WHL Player of the Week is forward Adam Cracknell of the Kootenay Ice. Cracknell earned player of the week honours by recording thee goals and seven points in two games, including a game-winning goal during the week of February 27th to March 5th. Cracknell also had a plus-minus rating of +7 and no penalties while helping the Ice to a perfect 2-0 record for the week.

On Friday, March 3rd, Cracknell scored three goals, including the game-winning goal, and added two assists in a 5-1 win against the visiting Red Deer Rebels.

On Saturday, March 4th, Cracknell recorded two assists in a 3-2 win against the visiting Tri-City Americans.

Cracknell, a 20-year-old native of Victoria, British Columbia was drafted by the Calgary Flames in the 2004 NHL Draft. :clap:
