OHL to use replay in every playoff game

TORONTO (CP) - The Ontario Hockey League will have video replay in all its arenas for the playoffs, according to the league.
The video goal judge will view all available television broadcasts from the league's head office in Scarborough, Ont.
In the case of non-televised games, the league will have an on-site video judge who will have access to in-house camera feeds.
The video judge will be able to make rulings on several different situations, including deciding whether a puck crosses the goal-line or whether it was struck with a high stick
