This came out of the Wheat Journal.And because it's based out of Brandon it mentions the Wheatkings that did recieve votes in the respective categories.

The voting was done by nine of the 10 broadcasters in the Western Hockey League’s Eastern Conference and compiled by Les Lazurak of HOT-93 FM in Saskatoon. A first-place vote was given three points, two points for second place and one for third.
