I don't see how you can go against Halladay provided he stays healthy. He is a proven winner, has nasty stuff, and won a cy young in 03 if I'm not mistaken.

halladay is their best pitcher...Everytime he throws, it gives the jays bats that much more confidence.

I'm not to sure about burnett havn't watched his stuff, but chacin could give them a good run for most wins if he has another good year.
