in the first round of today's bantam draft. 6'2 Mitch Berg. Here's what ISS says about him.

Berg, Mitch LD 6.02 195 Generals SBAA1
One big mean, strong defensive defenseman. He punishes opponents
along the boards. He carries the puck and can usually find the open
man. He is a good skater, which makes it difficult to beat him off the
rush. Completes his checks well. Will hit anybody. Good mobility.
Good anticipation. Jumps into the play - good offensive instincts. Will
compete and play physical and played in all situations for the
Saskatoon Generals Bantam team. He finished with 9 goals and 33
points in 43 games and collected 78 PM’s.

Sounds like a Molleken type player to me lol.

In the second round, the Blades pick Curtis Hamilton from Kelowna. Here's a description of him from ISS.

Hamilton, Curtis F 170 6.01 Kelow OMB3A
A tall lanky forward with great hockey sense. With time and physical
maturity he will become a good player at the next level. Has close
family ties with the Kelowna Rockets.

In the third round, a surprise pick, the Blades go for a goaltender...

Morrison, Adam G 6.00 135 Semia PCBT1
A goalie that has progressed significantly this season. He has good
size and is reasonably mobile for a bigger goalie. His quickness
presently is okay, however it will have to improve in order for him to
play at the next level. He is capable of moving the puck when he has
time.

Like to see some offensive players picked now

Now, lets see if we can keep this thread clean....
