Riley Merkley and Chad Denny added to rosters for the 2005 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game

of the Calgary Hitmen and Chad Denny of the Lewiston MAINEiacs have bee
added to the roster of players who will compete in the annual Home
Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game in Vancouver, BC on Wednesday
January 19, 2005.

They were named to replace Mathieu Aubin of the MAINEiacs and Michael
Sauer of the Portland Winter Hawks, who are unable to play in the game
due to injury.

The Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game will showcase 40 of the
CHL's top players that are eligible for selection in the 2005 NHL Entry
Draft. The players were selected by the National Hockey League's 30
teams.

The 2005 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game will be broadcast live
across Canada on Rogers Sportsnet and RDS. The event will also feature a
skills competition on Tuesday January 18 at Pacific Coliseum.

If kris was 6'2 200 lbs he'd be a first rounder for sure
He's leading defenceman in scoring at just 17!!
At this point he also has more points than last years scoring champ!
I think he's getting the short end of the stick on this one

The problem is that NHL Scouts and the Scouting Service choose the players. So they pick the big lugs that they think will be drafted higher even though they are much elss skilled..... Truely a sad world. Russell deserves to be there, good player.
