Rookie camp invitees

Does anyone know if Gionfriddo has recuperated. If so, was he invited to this camp. His season was so short last year it seems that he should be part of this group.

I also noted that Luke Betts and Tyler Halliday weren't on the list. Maybe they are trying to limit the number of 17 year old players playing against there 15 year olds.
