The Blazers have called for a press conference this afternoon to announce the signing of Dean Clark to a new contract that will make him coach, GM, and probaly in control of the entire operation of the team, Clark is expected to hire an assistant coach and and an assistant manager in the next few weeks and start putting the team back together again.
