Americans Prepare for Training Camp
August 14, 2006KENNEWICK, WA – The Tri-City Americans will open training camp for the upcoming 2006-07 WHL season at Toyota Center in Kennewick, beginning with rookie camp Thursday, August 24th through Sunday, August 27th concluding with main camp beginning Monday, August 28th through Saturday, September 2nd.
The rookie camp will conclude on Sunday, August, 27th with a Blue-White Game beginning at 9 am at Toyota Center. Admission is free. Main Camp will close out with the annual Todd Klassen Memorial Scholarship Classic on Saturday, September 2nd beginning at 10 am at Toyota Center. Donations for the Klassen Memorial Scholarship Fund will be accepted at the door by the Tri-City Hockey Boosters Club. A $5 donation is suggested.
