PRINCE GEORGE COUGARS 20 year old possibles and their chances....as I see them.

C/LW Eric Hunter: If he doesn't sign with the Rangers, the team will be built around Eric as its leader.

G Scott Bowles: Possibly tradeable for some youth. Solid goalie, but seems to have a need to be pushed and challenged. If Cyr is kept, look to see Scotty traded.

C Jared Walker: Second to Hunter, Walker is likely a shoe-in as a 20yo this season. Plays responsible hockey at both ends, and has good size. Not a liability on offense OR defense.

D Curtis Cooper: Depending on the Hunter/Bowles situations, Coops is fighting to stay in the mix as a 20yo. Defensively (usually) on his game, but foot speed and offensive touch haven't been there.

RW Jamison Orr: Will not be at training camp, even though not "officially" released as of yet. Doubtful that Jamison will play WHL again, and most likely will be back in tier 2 (Williams Lake most likely)

D Andy Rogers (signed, Tampa Bay): Signed by Tampa Bay, and will be at a minimum playing in the AHL. Tampa seemed really high on this guy, so I hope he's fully recovered and healthy going into Bolts camp.

RW Fred Wikner (signed, Sweden): Will not be back. IMHO Freddie was a disappointment last season. Never found the grit or the touch needed to make the switch from Euro hockey to WHL.

LW Cody McMullin: A long shot at best. Cody brought decent speed and work ethic to the team, but as a 20 he'd have to find sopmething more. Most likely going bck to tier 2, but possibly packaged with someone in an early trade.

Rogers won't be back.

He's headed for Springfield of the AHL.
