Found in the The Hockey News Ultimate Pool Guide (which I bought on Saturday, yaaay hockey season is upon us). I would have posted a link but I am unable to find this info on the net so I typed out some of the predictions for those who are interested :dead: :laugh: :p

I don't see the top point scorer getting only 116 points. Isn't scoring supposed to still be going up?

Joe Thornton gets at least 140 points this year (provided he stays healthy).

I agree on the first half of your statement... 116 seems pretty low, but teams are still adapting to the no nonsense officiating... once they figure it out 116 might be tops.

As for Thornton getting 140+ I really can't see it. He doesn't have anything to prove this year. Top 10 scorer for sure.
