Ours is Wooly Bully... He is a bull.... that is wooly, or something... I am sure I have seen lamer mascots, but I don't remember when. Sometimes I wish they would just lose the mascot altogether until they can come up one that doesn't just look drunk, or tired or something all the time...

I honestly thought he was on of the most entertaining mascots in the league, last year. Near the end of the year though he was called up to the ahl, and it looks like somebody else will continue his duties.

For the longest of times, our was "The Vulk". (A big green-headed guy - picture the Hulk to get an idea of what it looked like).

Now it is Furly the Fox.

To go more in line with the Flame's Harvey the Hound.

Now we just need to get the Vulk going on a Fox Hunt with the Hound. LOL

Pokecheck,he is a yeti: I think he was brought in too be more a of friendly (for the Kids) and yes I think that is what a mascot is for,but I wish he would put more enthusiasum into the game and get the crowd excited.

I agree with the post by Vulk. Farley the Fox must go. We went from the best mascot in the WHL in Vulk :bounce: :bounce: to the worst :dead: . We must got the Vulk back.

Hah, no kidding...It'd probably still make me cry. I had a run in with A&W Root Bear when I was 3, and those mascots still creep me out when they get too close. I was getting gas one day when a gas station here in Regina was having a grand re-opening earlier this year...I nearly had a panic attack when K9 stuck his paw in my window! They're fine if they don't get too close. I think they sense fear, though...they seem to gravitate toward me!

Whatever happened to that polar bear dude the Pats ued to have? And the little K9!

Makes as much since as Kelowna being called the Rockets with a dragon on the jersey and a racoon for a macot in the stands.

I remember when K9 was not K9... He was Big Blue (wore a K9 jersey). Same look just a baby blue in colour. Was blue when Labatt's was a Pats sponsor, switched to red when Molson took over. The main guy (I wont reveal his name) that portrays K9 is the original guy that designed the charcter (note: K9 came into existence the same year I was born 1978).

I remember when I was in grade school I used to think that the mascots were HUGE! But I never had any real fear of them. Now I tower over most of them lol.
